This appearance was for the purpose of granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in the context of show cause notice that was issued to the applicant. Along with the application relevant documents are filed to indicate that on 21st February, 2022, representative of the applicant was unwell and could not appear before respondent No.2 on that day.

Considering the aforesaid, the applicant through it's representative is permitted to appear before respondent No.2 in terms of the order dated 4th February, 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.469 of 2021 on 12th May, 2022.
