In the background of the claim put forth by the counsel for the applicant as to the seizure article is not pure Ganja but also contains leaves, stems, seeds, flowers etc., it shall be open for the applicant to take such steps before the Trial Court so as to substantiate the claim that the seizure goods are below commercial quantity.
