Ms. Faiza, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the coaccused has been granted bail and that the Applicant wishes to file fresh Bail Application before the Sessions Court on the ground of parity. She therefore seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. In the event fresh Application is filed, the Sessions Court shall decide the same on its own merits.
