24. ABA 773 of 2023.doc and learned APP, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, learned Advocate for Applicant No.2 seeks liberty to withdraw the application. It is granted. The offence bearing C.R. No. 16 of 2023 was registered under sections 380, 448, 454 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Panchgani Police station, Wai, Satara at the instance of Anwar Hussain Mohammad Husssain Shaikh. It is submitted that Applicant No.2 will surrender before the concerned Court of JMFC within seven days. It is accepted. 3.

The first informant has filed interim application no. 1088 of 2023. He has not obtained the certificate from the Registrar (Judicial).

As main bail application is disposed of, this Interim Application is also disposed of.

The concerned trial Magistrate to decide the bail application of Applicant No.2 on its own merits without being influenced by what is stated herein above.
