Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP, states that the appeal instituted by respondent no.14 in which the ex-parte interim order has been made on 20/01/2015, will be disposed of positively within a period of three months from today. This statement is accepted. In view of this, there is no necessity to make any further orders in this petition. 3.

However, all the parties are directed to co-operate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the appeal, in particular the respondent no.14, who has obtained the ad-interim ex-parte order, should, in no circumstances, delay the disposal of the appeal. URS
