Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2] The learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that consequent to the interim order passed by this Court on 16th April, 2014, a branch has been opened. The ad-interim relief granted under the prayer clause (e) reads as under:

"e. Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner No.1 Bank be permitted to set up and open the new

2/2 wp3805.14.sxw branches as sanctioned and permitted by the Reserve Bank of India and to do all necessary acts and to perform all necessary functions incidental and consequent thereto." 3] The learned Counsel submits that the Branch is functioning and the election process of the petitioner's Bank to constitute managing committee is underway.

4] We have heard the submissions of learned Government Pleader Mr. A.B. Vagyani. In view of the order passed by this Court and the subsequent development taking place, the petition stands disposed of in terms of interim order.
