Suit for possession was contested on the ground that the property was in the joint ownership. Appellant No. 2A has expired.

Considering the sufficient representation of original defendant, there will be no abatement. Hence, the delay caused in filing the application for bringing legal representatives on record is condoned. Legal heirs of deceased Appellant No. 2(a) be brought on record, immediately.

Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
