INTERIM APPLICATION NO.468 OF 2020 This interim application is taken out for leave to amend the petition to bring on record certain developments post filing of the petition. No reply is filed though the interim application was served and Ms. Devkar states it was served over three years ago. Having considered the interim application as also the schedule annexed thereto, in our view, the leave to amend the petition as prayed for has to be granted.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended petition to be served within two weeks from today. Should respondents wish to file any additional reply to the amended petition, they may do so and serve a copy thereof within two weeks of receiving the amended petition.
