Heard the learned counsel for parties. By consent of both the parties without assigning any reason the following order is passed.

The competent authority i.e. learned Additional Commissioner Konkan Division, Bombay, is directed to decide the Revision No. 51 of 2016 between Mukesh B. Jhaveri and Shrikrishna K. Jindal, as early as possible but in any case on or before 20 th April 2016.

If the Revisional order goes against the Petitioner Mukesh B. Jhaveri, two weeks from the date of order the respondent are directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner. Parties to act on the authenticated copy passed by this court. Habeeb 1/2
