The Application is filed for modification/relaxation of conditional order of this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2191 of 2016 and a prayer is made to return the amount. That amount is deposited as the amount involved in the crime and so it has become the property of the crime. 2.

In view of these circumstances, it cannot be said that the amount was deposited in Anticipatory Bail Application as the bond amount. Thus, this Court cannot given a direction to
