Heard Mr. Kenjale, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tapkir, learned Counsel for the respondent at length. 2.
By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 23rd February, 2017 passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Vasai below Exhibit 15 in Marriage Petition No.26 of 2015. By that order, the learned District Judge allowed the application partly filed by respondent/wife for payment of maintenance. The learned District Judge directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 30,000/- per month to respondent and daughter Pearl from the date of filing of application and Rs. 10,000/- towards overall expenses.

Mr. Kenjale states that during pendency of this Petition, the parties have amicably settled the dispute between them and have filed Marriage
902-WP-8470-2017.odt Petition No.2 of 2018 under Section 10-A of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869 for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. In view thereof, he does not press this Petition.

In view of the motion made by Mr. Kenjale, Petition is disposed of as not pressed. Order accordingly.
