We are informed that IMC Ltd and JNPT have signed an Agreement. This is said to be framed as a 'Tripartite Agreement' 6th April 2022

901-IA-2092-2022-IN-ASWP-8019-2021.DOC and other parties within a different group are yet to sign. We are told that their signatures will be obtained in due course. However IMC and JNPT agree to be bound by the terms inter se. 2.

A copy of the Agreement dated 6th April 2022 is retained on record. This Agreement has been arrived at after several rounds of discussion in Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in there terms. No further orders are required.

In view of this, Interim Application does not survive and it is disposed of as infructuous.
