Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek the following prayers.

"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to hear and dispose off the present writ petition finally by granting a fixed date for the hearing and final disposal;

(b) Any other order in the interest of justice and equity may be passed."

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are senior citizens and as such, the aforesaid Writ Petition may be fixed for final hearing and disposal. 4.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The aforesaid Writ Petition to be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place in the week commencing 03.12.2018.

The Application is accordingly disposed off.
