Learned APP states that the trial has already commenced and the complainant in the said case has been examined. She states that the cross examination of the complainant was concluded on 26.08.2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that she does not press the application as this Court is inclined to expedite the hearing of the said case.

Considering the trial has already commenced and one witness in the said case is examined, it would be in the interest of justice that the trial is expedited. Learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to complete the trial as early as possible and preferably within six months from today.
