3] Writ petition No.1451 of 2019 is accordingly, restored to the file of this Court.

4] The objection now to be cleared within two weeks from today, failing which, the Writ Petition to again stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to this Court.

5] Civil Application is disposed of.
