P. C.:- 1) Learned APP submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 4th October 2023, Shri. Amol Kadam, Assistant Police Inspector, attached to Anti Narcotic Cell, Worli Unit, Crime Branch, Mumbai, has filed an Affidavit dated 17th October, 2023. In para No. 6 thereof it is stated that, the Petitioner was not an accused in C.R. No. 54 of 2001 and was never shown as wanted accused. She on instructions further submitted that, the Petitioner was/is not an accused in the said crime.

2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of said crime No. 54 of 2001 registered with Anti Narcotic Cell, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
