1] Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2] This is an application for transit pre-arrest bail. 3] The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.231 of 2017 registered with Hazratganj Police Station, Lucknow, State of Uttar Pradesh at the instance of one Amitkumar Tiwari.
4] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be granted three weeks time from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court which has jurisdiction over Hazratganj Police Station, Lucknow, State of Uttar Pradesh with a view to file appropriate proceedings for pre-arrest bail. 5] In view thereof, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period
Dond 2/2 aba.538-2017.sxw of three weeks from today, with a view to enable him to approach the concerned Court having jurisdiction over the Hazratganj Police Station, Lucknow, State of Uttar Pradesh falls.
Hence, the following Order:
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No.231 of 2017 registered with Hazratganj Police Station, Lucknow, State of Uttar Pradesh either by police from the Hazratganj Police Station, Lucknow, State of Uttar Pradesh or the Maharashtra Police, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) It is made clear that the period of three weeks will not be further extended.
