Perused the letter dated 23.03.2015 from the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik for extension of one year time to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 420 of 2012 In the present proceeding, this Court (Coram : Smt. R.P. Sondurbaldota, J.) by order dated 06.05.2014 directed the Trial Court to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 420 of 2012 within six months i.e. on or before 31.03.2015.

Considering the earlier order passed by this court, time is extended up to 31.12.2015 to dispose of Special Civil Suit No. 420 of 2012.
