Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to applicants / appellants depositing a sum of Rs.2 crores with the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay within two weeks from today. This amount shall remain deposited until the hearing and final disposal of this appeal and for 8 weeks thereafter. Upon this amount being deposited, Registrar General may invest the same in appropriate Fixed Deposit with a Nationalised Bank.

If applicants wish to furnish a bank guarantee, they may do so but of a nationalised bank in favour of the Registrar General. The bank guarantee Meera Jadhav

2/2 901-FA-174-20.doc shall be in the format prescribed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and the bank guarantee shall be for Rs.2 crores plus interest thereon @ 9% p.a. from the date of the decree until payment / realisation.

Interim application accordingly stands disposed. Appeal to come up in due course.
