Pursuant to the order dated 20th July, 2021 passed by this Court, the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 and 2 on instruction states that the proposal seeking approval of the appointment of the petitioners sent by the Head Master of the respondent no.4 on 14th July, 2015 is still pending. He states on instruction that if a fresh copy of the said proposal is handed over by the petitioners to the respondent no.2, the same would be disposed off within six weeks from the date of service of the copy of the said proposal. Statement is accepted. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to furnish copy of the said proposal to the respondent no.2 within three days from today. It is made clear that the petitioners would be at liberty to file additional documents on which they propose to rely upon, with the copy of the

The respondent no.2 shall consider the said proposal dated 14th July, 2015 and also the additional documents which would be relied upon by the petitioners and respondent no.4 while passing the order. The order that will be passed by the respondent no.2 shall be communicated to the petitioners as well as to the respondent no.4 within one week from the date of passing of order. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioners on the said proposal submitted by the respondent no.4 to the respondent no.2, the petitioners would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
