By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 11th July, 2017 issued by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibaug. By the said notice, the petitioner was asked to show cause as to why action should not be taken against him for usurping the Gram Panchayat property. The petitioner gave reply to this notice on 30th October, 2017. The Deputy Chief Executive Officer is bound to consider the reply and take appropriate decision.
