This Application is preferred with multiple prayers for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent on record. The other prayer is to quash and set aside the Order dated 19.08.2019, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court, directing to take steps against unserved Respondents.

This Court has gone through the Application, it is seen Shubham Talle

2 52-IA-2965-2020.doc that since 19.08.2019, no steps are taken in respect of the deceased Respondent. Going to the merits of the matter it is seen that the Appeal is filed challenging enhancement in the amount of compensation paid towards acquisition of the land. The challenge is raised to the Judgment of Reference Court dated 25.10.1999, the above enhanced amount is meagre amount only of Rs. 6590/- the maximum amount seen is Rs. 14,573/- awarded in L.A.R. No. 408 of 1999. Considering this position this Court finds that no purpose will be served by keeping appeals pending.

The above Interim Application is therefore stands dismissed. The First Appeal No. 771 Of 2000, stands dismissed. 4.

Needless to state that interim applications, if any, in the appeal also stand disposed of in view of the disposal of the appeal. (KISHORE C. SANT, J.) Shubham Talle
