Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some typographical mistakes in the said order which are as under :

On page no.1, para no.1 in the fourth line, the name "Mr. Vijay Phadke" be read as "Mr. Vinay Phadke".

ii.

On page no.1, para no.2 in the third line, the word "employer" be read as "employee".

iii.

On page no.2, paragraph 4, the first sentence should be read as "Both Writ Petitions are disposed of."

iv.

The cause title be corrected as Writ Petition No.2626 of 2004 with Interim Application No.9768 of 2022 with Writ Petition No.8699 of 2004.

The order stands corrected accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 20.10.2022.
