On 12/04/2013 while ordering notice, this Court directed the parties to the petition to maintain status-quo. Suit is for partition. In the said suit being 41 of 2011, Civil Court rejected application Exhibit 5 for grant of injunction on 28/09/2011 so also Exhibit 22 application preferred by respondentdefendant.

2 905.3648.13 wp.doc Since the status-quo is pending in the matter for the last 6 years, in my opinion, without going into the merits of the matter, it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the parties to maintain status-quo. I am informed that parties have already commenced adducing evidence and that being so, hearing of the suit is expedited.
