The grievance of the petitioner that though dispute No.CC/II/229/2009 (Old No.CC-II/229 of 2002) is pending before the Respondent-Co operative Court No.II, Ballard Pier, Mumbai since 2002, the same has not been decided as yet. It is the case of the petitioner that he is aged 90 years and if the said dispute is not decided expeditiously, he may not be able to enjoy the fruits of the decision, if the same is made in his favour. Be that as it may, since the matter is pending before the Co-operative from 2002 and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is of 90

rpa 2/2 wp-4677-16.doc years age, we dispose of this petition by directing the said Cooperative Court No.II, Ballard Pier, Mumbai to decide the said dispute pending before it as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
