The Appellant herein has challenged the order dated 08/03/2019 whereby the learned Judge, City Civil Court at Mumbai, Dindoshi-Goregaon, rejected the ad-interim relief. The learned Judge had granted interim protection for a period of two weeks to enable the Appellant to approach this Court. By order dated 20/03/2019 this Court had extended the said relief. The interim protection in favour of the Appellant is operating since 2019. Considering the said fact and also the nature of dispute, it is apposite to continue the ad-interim Digitally signed by MEGHA S PARAB Date:

Hence, the appeal is allowed. Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 20/03/2019 to continue till the disposal of the notice of motion. Learned Judge is directed to dispose of the notice of motion as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

The appeal stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of the appeal, the civil application does not survive and hence stands disposed of.
