By this application, the insurance company has prayed for stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 2.9.2015 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pandharpur, in MACP No.39 of 2011. The learned Counsel for the appellant / insurance company submitted that the interim stay granted by this Court on 14.12.2016 be confirmed pending the final decision in the appeal. The learned Counsel submitted that the ordered amount is already deposited.
