The Applicant has sought withdrawal of Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited pursuant to the order dated 18/06/2021 in Writ Petition (St.) No.5172 of 2020.

The records reveal that on 11/02/2022, this Court had allowed the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition unconditionally. Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition was withdrawn pursuant to the Compromise Purshish copy of which is placed at Exhibit - E, page 18. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that as per the consent terms, the Applicant has already paid Rs.10,00,000/- to the Respondent by demand draft and that the 1/2
