Heard learned counsel for parties. At the outset it has been stated by learned counsel for parties that the question involved in

2 of 2 DB.29.WP.3300.2012 these petitions has been considered and decided by various orders of this Court from time to time including in the case of Ashok D. Marathe Vs. The Chairman, Grievance Cell Committee of Pune University, Pune and others in Writ Petition No.2309 of 2007 decided on 13th April 2007.

In view of aforesaid statement made by parties, we dispose of these petitions in terms of said order. The Petitioners shall be entitled for encashment of earn leave standing to their credit on their respective date of superannuation viz. 30.09.2012, 31.3.2009 and 31.8.2010 with interest @ 9% p.a.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
