Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 5 - the Bar Council of Maharashtra, on instructions, submits that consequent to the order passed by this court on 6/1/2016, the Bar Council of India disposed of the complaint filed against Advocate Yogesh Dinesh Bhardwaj. Learned counsel further submits that the Bar Council of India has issued direction to remove the name of Yogesh Dinesh Bhardwaj from the Rolls of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. The petitioner, party-in-person,
6-wp-1330-15 submits that the complaint filed in the year 2014 was later on registered by the police, but the card of Advocate Yogesh Dinesh Bhardwaj is still being used by other person.

The petitioner, party-in-person, may resort to alternate remedy as prescribed in law for the other grievances. 3.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of Maharashtra i.e. respondent no.5, we are of the view that no further interference is warranted. 4.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
