P.C.:- 1] The Order dated 06/12/2017 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No.290 of 2017 with companion Second Appeal No.289 of 2017 is sought to be reviewed on the ground that the employer of Petitioner No.1's deceased husband-Laxman, has moved an injunction application which was not considered by this Court.

2] In my opinion, the said cause cannot be considered for 1/2

(919)RPST8946-18.doc reviewing the said Order, particularly when the employer who has moved such intervention, has not made any grievance about the same. If the Petitioners were aggrieved, it was open for them to challenge the said order delivered in the second appeal.

3] In view of above, no case for review is made out. Review Petition stands dismissed.
