This is an application for intervention filed by the father of deceased Dipak Gurappa Pawar in CR No.86 of 2016 registered with V. B. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, under Section 302, 328, 364, 365, 201, 120(B) r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The first informant was Smt. Gangubai Pawar. It is submitted that she is no more and therefore the applicant 1/2

46-APPP315-18.DOC being father of the deceased is interested in pursuing the case.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).

The applicant in Bail Application No.527 of 2018 is hereby directed to implead the intervener Shri. Gurappa Maruti Pawar as respondent no.2. Said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the first informant within the same stipulated period.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
