It appears that the dispute is about identification/placement of the public road. Contention of the petitioner is road is actually in use and since there is no legal demarcation, users are facing various problems. Learned AGP has invited our attention to the facts pleaded in paragraph 16 of the petition. 3.

We are not inclined to delve into any disputed fact at this stage. We grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to respondent nos. 1, 3, 5 and 6 or such other nilegaonkar 1/2

If such representation is made within six weeks from today, the authorities shall take suitable decision upon it in accordance with law within next three months.
