DATED : 16th APRIL, 2024 P.C:- The order dated 21/3/2024 has inadvertently referred to IA No. 6937/2024 to be restored and directed its listing on 16/4/2024. However, what is restored is IA No.2655/2020 and I have taken up the same for hearing.

IA No.2655/2020 being filed on 26/2/2020, seek extension of mandate of the Tribunal by six months on the ground that oral arguments of the claimant are over and the respondent's arguments are going on.

Admittedly, subsequent to the filing of its application, several events intervened which include the covid period and the lock-down imposed, resulting into certain beneficial orders being passed for extension of the period of limitation and particularly, as regards Section 29A.

Since the application is being argued after four years, I deem it appropriate to direct the counsel for the applicant to file an additional affidavit for bringing the subsequent progress of Arbitral proceedings on record.

Let the required affidavit be filed on or before 25/4/2024.

Re-notify to 3/5/2024.
