This is an application seeking substituted service of notice on respondent Nos.1 to 4 by publishing the same in the local newspapers, like, "Times of India" in English language and "Matrubhumi" in local Malyalam language, both having wide circulation in the State of Kerala, where respondent Nos.1 to 4 are based.

Having regard to the fact that the service effected through the packets sent by speed-post have returned with the endorsement "not 1/2 CAF-3340-16.doc

known", this Civil Application for substituted service is allowed on the applicant depositing the necessary charges. The notice of this Civil Application be published in the local newspapers - "The Times of India" in English language and "Matrubhumi" in local Malyalam language circulated in the State of Kerala. Notice is made returnable on 1st December 2016. 4.
