The only grievance made in this application is that the trial court is not passing any order in pursuant to "B" Summary Report submitted by the police after investigating the complaint which was filed against the applicant. It is submitted that the said report was submitted on 10th October, 2017 before the trial Court. 2.

In the circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palghar is directed to pass appropriate orders in the proceedings in accordance with law within eight weeks from today in connection with the "B" Summary Report submitted by the police. 3.

Applications stands disposed of.
