The learned counsel for the applicant stated, on instructions from the applicant, that the present proceeding is already amicably settled. As such she prayed for withdrawal of the present proceeding. The learned counsel has produced a copy of email sent by the Branch Manager of National Small Industries Corporation Limited, Navi Mumbai giving instructions to withdraw Criminal Application No. 473 of 2012 as the matter is already settled with the party and NSIC is not interested to persue the matter. Said copy of email is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of this submission application is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.
