Heard Mr. Narvekar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants.

This Interim Application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 7. Mr. Narvekar submits that the deceased Respondent No. 7 has passed away on 20th September, 2020 and the present Interim Application has been filed on 18th February, 2021. He submits that the Supreme Court has kept in abeyance limitation period in 1/2

24-IA-18823-2022.doc view of Covid pandemic as per order passed in Miscellaneous Application No. 21 of 2022 in Miscellaneous Application No. 665 of 2021 in Suo motu Writ Petition (C) No. 3 of 2020. Same was kept in abeyance since 15th March, 2020 till 28th February, 2022. Thus, there is no delay in filing this Application. Interim Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs/representatives of the deceased Respondent No. 7. Amendment to be carried carried out within 14 days from today. Amended copy of Writ Petition be served on the Respondents within one month thereafter.

Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
