DATE : 21st DECEMBER, 2021 P.C:- Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the averments made in paragraph (2) of the affidavit dated 11th November, 2021 stating that the respondent no.2 by an order dated 11th August, 2021 has granted approval to the petitioner as Assistant Professor in Mechanical Department of the respondent no.3 college from the date of appointment subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the said order. The respondent no.2 has also issued probation completion

KVM 2/2 4 - WP 3706 OF 2017.doc certificate/letter on 22nd October, 2021. The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition for the reasons recorded in the said affidavit. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
