By order dated 25/11/2021 this Court (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre, J.) had released the Applicant on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two /more sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is still in jail as he was unable to arrange any surety. He therefore prays that the Applicant be released on cash bail for a period of four weeks. 2.

The Applicant shall be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/-for a period of four weeks.

The Applicant shall within the said period of four weeks 1/2
