1. Heard Mr. Upadhyay, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for Respondent.

2. The order impugned in the present Writ Petition is order dated 14.11.2016 passed below Exh.116 in R.C.S. No. 293 of 2011.

3. Both the learned Advocates inform the Court that Advocate G.S.Nimbalkar has submitted report to the learned Trial Court pursuant to the said order. In that view of the matter challenge to the impugned order does not survive any further.

4. At the joint request of both the learned Advocates, learned Trial Court is requested by this Court to dispose the pending R.C.S. No. 293 of 2011 within a period of six months from today.

5. Writ Petition is disposed.
