By the above Writ Petition the Petitioner seeks a direction that an FIR be registered against the Respondent No.2. The Petitioner has made a representation to the Senior Inspector of Police, Kulgaon Police Station, Dist. Thane. We, therefore, direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Kulgaon Police Station Dist. Thane to look into the complaint dated 16/02/2018 annexed at Exhibit D to the above Writ Petition, take a decision thereon and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within six weeks from date. It would be contingent upon the decision that would be communicated to the Petitioner, that the Petitioner can thereafter adopt appropriate course of action.
