After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He submitted that in the present case the charge has already been framed and according to him 26 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution. The applicant is arrested on 3.2.2015. In view of the above, the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of Sessions Case No.415 of 2015 is hereby directed to conclude the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.415 of 2015 within a period of one year from today.
