No.484 of 2013 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai, the police have filed charge-sheet on 10th October, 2014 in the Court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate 9th Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 2) That, the Petitioner thereof preferred an Application for discharge which is pending for adjudication.

3) In view of the above, Petition for quashing of FIR does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
