This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 2nd December 2019 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which four weeks time was granted to take steps against un-served sole Respondent, failing which the Second Appeal was directed to be dismissed.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 5.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is restored to file. 6.

The Applicant to serve the un-served sole Respondent within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
