Mr. Sandip Ghogare, learned Advocate for the Applicant/original Plaintiff submitted that, the Applicant came to know about the demise of Respondent on 16th March, 2018 and thereafter the present Application is filed immediately on 19th March, 2018. He submitted that, therefore the present Application is within the period of limitation. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
