Learned A.G.P. for the Applicants-State submits that, the Applicants would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount by the Applicants-State in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the stay would stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to the Court.
