This application is filed by applicant for temporary bail for a period of six months during pendency of appeal. The application is filed on medical grounds, mainly the applicant is suffering from throat infection. 2.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP placed on record the medical report dated 20.01.2017, given by the Chief Medical Officer, Nashik Road Central Pirson. The report shows that the applicant was examined by visiting Specialist from Civil Hospital, Nashik on 26.05.2016 and given proper medicines. The applicant was again referred to Civil Hospital on 1/2

3 APPA 429 OF 2016.doc 14.12.2016 and the Specialist from Civil Hospital, examined him. The applicant was diagnosed as "Acute Pharyngitis" by Specialist from Civil Hospital and given proper medicine. Assurance is also given by the Chief Medical Officer that if the applicant is not responding to treatment, then he will be sent to the Civil Hospital, Nashik, for expert opinion. 3.

The report concluded that as on today applicant's condition is stable and taking medicines as advised by Specialist from Civil Hospital, Nashik. The report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
