This Writ Petition challenges the levelling of charge under Section 413 of the IPC against the applicant, who is one of the accused in Sessions Case No.527 of 2014. The case is about to begin. If the applicant wants the charge under Section 413 of the IPC to be dropped, he may make such an application before the learned Sessions Judge, who shall consider such application before framing of the charge.

This Petition is accordingly disposed of.
