The above Writ Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation from the Respondent No.3 - The Senior Inspector of Police, Palghar Police Station to State-CID or Local Crime Branch to investigate into the C.R. No.25 of 2018, registered with the Palghar Police Station. 2.

We are informed by the learned A.P.P. Mrs.Shinde that a 'B'

2/2 908-wp.1405.2018.doc Summary Report has been filed on 26th June, 2018. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to seek appropriate recourse against the said 'B' Summary Report in the concerned Court.

It would be contingent upon the decision of the concerned Court as regards the acceptance or otherwise of the 'B' Summary Report that the further course of action can be adopted by the Petitioner. We express no opinion in that regard.
